This September, join the Inner Glow Team in the spanish countryside, for a stripped back wellness retreat focusing on movement, relaxation, sisterhood, healing and nutrition in a traditional Hacienda.
This relaxed, authentic spanish retreat aims to help you find your peace through yoga, pilates, meditation and cooking classes.
All food will be cooked from scratch on site by our Private Chef. You can expect fresh local produce and innovative vegan flavours, served in a feasting style including tapas and BBQ.
Immerse yourself in a space for you to open your heart, connect with like-minded females, meditate, move your body and nurture your relationship with yourself.
